St Catherine's Hospice is a Crawley-based charity, providing end of life care for people across Sussex and Surrey. As well as helping local people with a terminal illness to spend their precious time feeling comfortable, supported and free from pain, St Catherine's offers counselling, bereavement support, and welfare advice for both patients and their families. If you would like to find out more about St Catherine's, please go to www.stch.org.uk
We are encouraging patients to give their views about how the practice is doing. We have a Patient Participation Group and are always looking for new members to join. We would encourage any of our patients that would like to help the surgery better communicate with our patients to consider joining the group that will meet quarterly. Please contact the surgery for more details.
If you don't feel able to join our PPG then we would also like to be able to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible and are asking if people would like to provide their e-mail addresses so we can contact you by e-mail every now and again to ask you a question or two.
Please email the surgery at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like more information.
