Payment required for patient letters

Please be aware if you need a GP to do a non-NHS letter for you and there is a charge, you must pay for the letter before the GP will prepare it.

Likewise, if you request a copy of any information and there is a charge, you must pay before we will photocopy or print the information off for you.

Should there be an unclear amount to be charged to you, the receptionist will enquire on your behalf and we will inform you on the decision of the cost the GP has made to do the work for you.

Please note, non-NHS paperwork is secondary to the work the GP has to do on a daily basis and may be delayed due to GP workload.
