Monday - Friday we run a telephone triage system.  If you have an urgent problem which you cannot wait for a routine appointment for, you need to phone the surgery from 8.30am and be asked to be put on the triage list.  Triage line closes at 10.00am.

Triage is for urgent problems NOT ongoing problems or long term conditions.

There are a limited amount of these type of appointments each day, therefore please do not waste them.

When you are added to the triage list YOU MUST BE NEAR YOUR PHONE  to receive a call back from the clinician - normally within an hour of you phoning us and you MUST be able to come to the surgery if the GP needs to see you face to face.  If you are unable to do both of these, please do not use the triage system; it is a waste of your time and ours.
